1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer standard and expedited shipping options based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
  • Priority Shipping (1–2 business days) – available in select areas.

Please note that shipping times do not include processing time.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping is available for orders over $50 within the continental United States.
  • Orders under $50 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee displayed at checkout.
  • Expedited and priority shipping options are available for an additional cost.

4. Shipping Areas

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


6. Delivery Issues and Lost Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but has not arrived, please take the following steps:

  • Double-check your shipping address.
  • Look around your delivery area and ask neighbors.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • If you still cannot locate your package, contact our customer service within 7 business days of the delivery notification.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


7. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience during such events.


8. Multiple Shipments

Some items in your order may be shipped separately due to size, weight, or stock availability. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, if applicable.


9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we will contact you for further instructions. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.


10. Pre-Orders and Backorders

If you’ve ordered a product marked as “pre-order” or “backorder,” the estimated shipping date will be noted on the product page. We will notify you immediately if there are any changes to that schedule.
